Victoria Festival of Authors Catering

I had the opportunity to cater of Victoria Festival of Authors.

For this event, They asked me to create a gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free Japanese party dish.

The event took place in a beautiful natural lakeside place and was a very beautiful art events.

The guests were very interested in nature, food, and art.

普段ケータリングの時は、自分で写真を撮る事がないのですが、今回は参加されていた方から写真を頂きました。

今回のケータリングは、小麦粉、乳製品、ナッツなどの制限があるなかの日本食パーティコースでした。自家製の味噌、酒、みりん、手作りのソースを使用しています。

素敵なアートイベントのパーティーで、素敵な方達とのお仕事でした。
