Yoko has been cooking healthy, traditional Japanese food her entire life.

Since Yoko was a little girl, she was in the kitchen learning how to cook from her grandmother and mother. They instilled a love of food and health early.

Yoko has always been farm-to-table. Her family grows all their rice, vegetables, mushrooms, and more, as well as natural ingredients from the hills surrounding her home.

Being from a large family, Yoko honed her skills by having to host parties for dozens of family and friends regularly.

Through a painful family illness and loss, Yoko researched special nutrition programs and the healing power of eating natural organisms to battle disease.

After 30+ years of practice, research, and experimentation, Yoko offers you knowledge, chef skills, and delicious food to feel good and enjoy life.
