Osechi - Japanese New Year Cuisine
Osechi is a Japanese traditional yew year cuisine. it is traditional to eat osechi, a range of dishes with auspicious names representing wishes for future fortune.
It is quite hard to get all right ingredients in here, but I tried.
Usually we have a mochi soup called Ozoni, but this time we got a tons local seafood, so I made a sake seafood soup instead Ozoni at the first day.
